At Anquita, we’re committed to providing the best value for our customers. If you find the same product at a lower price from another authorized UK-based retailer, we’ll gladly match that price — so you can always shop with confidence knowing you’re getting the best deal.

Eligibility for Price Match

To qualify for a price match, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be identical in brand, model, size, color, and specifications.

  • The lower price must come from a reputable, authorized UK retailer (either online or in-store).

  • The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.

  • The price match request must be submitted before completing your purchase or within 7 days after your order from Anquita.

Please include the following details:

  • A link to the competitor’s product page or a screenshot of their official advertisement

  • Your Anquita order number (if you’ve already purchased)

Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility as soon as possible.

Exclusions

Our Price Match Policy does not apply to the following:

  • Clearance, liquidation, or final sale items

  • Refurbished, used, damaged, or open-box products

  • Prices based on membership, coupon codes, or loyalty programs

  • Flash sales, auctions, or marketplace listings (e.g., eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Craigslist, or unauthorized sellers)

  • Errors, misprints, or fraudulent listings

Refunds for Price Differences

If your purchase qualifies for a price match after completing the sale, we’ll refund the price difference to your original payment method within 7 business days.
